Most songs have a signature of 4/4, meaning that 1 bar has 4 beats (i.e. The signature can be set to a value between 2/4 and 7/4. Hold down the Preview button to hear a metronome preview of the current tempo and signature. An alternative tempo input method is to tap the Tap Tempo button with the desired tempo at least two times. A faster way to set the tempo is to tap and slide the value on the display.
